Shipping Policy

This policy is only valid for items shipped within the continental USA. We only ship within the continental USA.

Current conditions in our recovery from Covid effects.Lead time small orders around 2 weeks
Please allow three to four weeks on large quantity cut to size products. This is due to increased demand and supply shortages due to current conditions after the Covid. We will resume normal delivery when conditions are stabilized.

Flat Rate Shipping per order under 93″. Rate varies by brand purchased and may change without notice. Oversize products (over 93″) ship common carrier at $190 under 16′ and $250 over 16′.

Invoices over $50
Freight Free (Within continental US) on curtain rods under 93 inches in width or length and over $50 On Kirsch products. Some products in the line are charged according to the Product Brand as different brands have different shipping rates. Shipping cost will display in your cart. If price is blank, your order is Free Shipping to you.

Curtain rods over 93″ in length will have to be shipped by truck . Orders that have to ship by truck will incur $190 or $225 per order, depending on the length. Other fees charged by the trucking company may be passed for high density areas, west coast shipping and remote areas.

Freight pricing depends on a lot of factors including individual vendor policy, carrier charges and the shape and size of the finished package. These fees are subject to change and may not be reflected in the information above.

Industry Delays and Shortages

The Window Treatment Industry has experienced unprecedented demand for drapery products over the past year. This demand combined with delays associated with the COVID pandemic has caused many of BasicQ’s vendors to delay, short ship and back order drapery hardware supplies. We are doing our best to maintain our levels of service to our customers. Some of our workrooms are working overtime to try and get back to the level of service we have offerd in the past. Despite our efforts our lead time has increased beyond our normal time for shipping stock hardware, cut to size orders and large orders affected by stock shortages. We do expect this to continue over the next few weeks during the holiday seasons. We are continuing to work on finding items that are out of stock from our primary suppliers. We are also trying to keep our outages noted online on the products where they exist. We want to thank you for you letting us provide your Curtain and drapery hardware needs.
